Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 0.5 cup
    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    Basil, 2 tbsp*
    A1 steak Sauce, 2 tbsp

Directions

1. prep ingredients, chop veggies
2. Mix everything together in a large bowl
3.Shape into a loaf and put in a casserole dish
4. Bake at 350 for an hour.
