Introduction

Our family's favorite hot cereal. Our family's favorite hot cereal.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 c Quinoa
    1 c quick oats
    1 c steel cut oats
    4 apples diced
    6 c hot water
    2 c vanilla soy milk
    1/4 c maple syrup
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp ground fresh ginger root

Directions

pour boiling water over dry ingredients
stir together
add soy milk, coconut oil and syrup
microwave for 5 minutes at a time until desired tenderness is reached
