Introduction

Chinese BBQ sauce used for almost everything. Try substituing black bean paste for the peanut butter or molasses for the honey. You can also experiment with the soy sauce to get different dishes. Ingredients

    8 tb Soy sauce,(dark/light/regular)
    4 tb Peanut butter/black bean paste
    2 tb Honey/molasses
    4 ts White vinegar
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    4 ts Sesame seed oil
    1 1/2 ts Chinese-style hot sauce
    1/4 ts Pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until mixed. You can also hand whisk until mixed.
