I had a horrible experience with this recipe! I made it for my mom's group yesterday and it was really sticky inside and tasted very much like artificial sweetener. I was really hoping to find a low-cal, yummy bread but I'll keep looking. - 5/7/08

  • I think I can take with what they have said and do some adjustments and have it come out. I plan on using whole eggs, 1/2 the splenda and adding flax meal to it perhaps 1/4 c. I think maybe baking a wee bit longer as well. Thanks it gives me a good start. There is always a way, perhaps a muffin? - 3/16/10
