Ground Turkey lettuce wraps

Introduction

A great take on lettuce wraps without all the excess oil but all of the flavor, a tad spicy. A great take on lettuce wraps without all the excess oil but all of the flavor, a tad spicy.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    20 oz pkg ground turkey breast
    1/2 cup green pepper- diced
    1 cup water chestnuts- diced
    2 stalks celery- diced
    4 tablespoons of srirachi, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce
    1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and smart balance light butter spread
    1 pkg beef and broccoli seasoning mix mixed with 3/4 cup water
    2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

saute all veggies in sesame oil and butter spread, add turkey and all other seasonings except rice and cook until done, cook rice seperately and then add to turkey mix. split into 5 equal portions and serve with cold crisp lettuce iceberg lettuce leaves. May be served with fat free ranch dressing as a topper (not included in nutritional info).
