Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 2 medium chopped
    Carrots, raw, 6 medium chopped
    Parsnips, 2 parsnip chopped
    Turnips, 2 medium chopped
    Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Cumin ground, 1 tsp
    Morton's Sea Salt, 1 tsp
    Vegetable Broth, 5 cup
    Sweet Potato Raw Uncooked 6 med peeled and chopped

Directions

Peel and chop all vegetables and place all ingredients in crockpot on low 8-10 hours

Barley can be used instead of rice really good both ways says Granny!
