Jenny's Meatballs

Introduction

Yummy. Makes 22 meatballs. Yummy. Makes 22 meatballs.
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    1lb Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 medium onion, grated
    1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 large egg
    4 tablespoons grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except for meat. Once all other ingredients are mixed, then mix in the meat just until combined. I got 22 meatballs but it'll depend on the size you make them. Bake in a 350F preheated oven about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
