    1 Scoop Optimum Whey Double Chocolate Protein Powder
    1/2 cup sliced banana, frozen (freeze slices on a baking sheet before moving to freezer bags)
    1 cup light vanilla soy milk
    2 cups fresh baby spinach

Directions

Blend soy milk and spinach until smooth. Add frozen bananas and protein powder, blend until thick and creamy.
