Introduction

A much healthier version of restaurant taco salad! A much healthier version of restaurant taco salad!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Pork (can use beef, turkey or chicken)
    Shredded lettuce
    1 cup black beans
    1 cup low fat cheese
    3 tbs low fat cream cheese
    1 ripe Avocado
    1 medium onion
    2 gloves of garlic

Directions

1. Brown meat (add seasonings if desired) over medium heat and drain grease.
2. Heat black beans in microwave or over stove.
3. Layer plate with lettuce, meat, beans, onions, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and sour cream.
4. Eat with tortilla chips (not included in nutritional info.)
Make 4 servings equally divided.
