Jennifer's Waffle Sticks

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Put dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl

In a separate bowl beat eggs. Add milk and oil. Add liquids to dry ingredients and whisk. Pour onto hot waffle stick griddle. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions (mine takes 6 minutes).

Serve with sugar free syrup (not included in nutrition stats)

Makes 10 (3 pc.) waffle sticks. 1 Serving = 3 waffle sticks.
