4 Bean Salad Ida

Ingredients

    Western Family Garbanzo Beans Dry, 1 serving
    Western family Black Beans Dry, 0.25 serving
    Western Family Red Kidney Beans Dry, 1 serving
    Salsa, 0.5 cup
    Western Family Large Lima Beans Dry, 1 serving
    Olive Oil Natural Idel Extre Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp

Directions

1) Wash & soak all beans and cook to your softness. Each servings of dryed beans is 1/4 cup before soaked.
2) Then rinsh and put in a large bowl.
3) Add Salsa
4) Mix & ref till cold.

On the cooking time it depends on how long you cook the beans.

This makes 6 - 1/4 cup servings
