1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup fat free soy milk
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tsp sliced almonds
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through (5 minutes). Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
