Introduction

Eat these pancakes! Eat these pancakes!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 cup
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1/2 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 Tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (yolk separated & beaten, whites beaten)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat lightly oiled skillet to medium heat.
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together separately. Pour wet into dry and mix until just combined (ok if lumpy). Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and cook until bubbles pop on top. Flip and cook until golden brown. Makes 9 pancakes. Serve immediately!
