Crunchy Tex-Mex Chicken Fingers

Coating for Chicken tenders
1 Cup Wheat Germ
1 teaspoon paprika (smoked preferably)
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons water
1 pound Chicken Tenders
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F. Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
In a shallow dish mix Wheat germ, Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Salt and cayenne. In another shallow dish whisk Egg Whites with 2 tablespoons Water.
Dip the chicken in the Egg mixture then coat in the Wheat Germ mixture.
Transfer to a baking sheet and cook through, about 10 minutes. 4 Servings 6 PP
