Introduction

Such a yummy lunch, Quick and Easy too.. My girls ages 5 and 2 have loved them since they were babies. sneak an extra pickle for your children while they cook in the oven. Such a yummy lunch, Quick and Easy too.. My girls ages 5 and 2 have loved them since they were babies. sneak an extra pickle for your children while they cook in the oven.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Canned Salmon
    2.5 Garlic dill Pickles
    1 TBSP Light Mayannoaise
    6 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Toasted
    1.5cm slice of old cheddar cheese
    1tsp marg per slice of toast

Directions

Cut up Pickles into tiny bits and mix with mayo and salmon. Meanwhile toast the bread and butter it. Place toasted bread on cookie sheet and spread salmon mixture over top. Grate chedder cheese over slamon./ Broil in oven until bubbly. Be careful not to catch the toast and burn it.
