Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

    1/2 fillet of wild salmon
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp honey
    dash of garlic seasoning
    vegetable cooking spray

Directions

In a small container, mix honey and soy sauce (may need to microwave slightly for honey to melt). Set aside. Spray pan w/vegetable cooking spray and heat to medium/high temp. Place thawed piece on salmon in pan and begin cooking. Use half of your sauce to top salmon. After 1 side seems cooked, flip and cook other side, topping with remaining sauce.
