Ingredients

    2 packages Tofu Shirataki House Foods Spaghetti
    2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese
    1/2 cup Egg substitute, liquid
    8 oz Gold N Plump boneless skinless split chicken breasts - cut to bite-sized pieces
    1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp Garlic Puree
    2/3 cup Frozen Peas
    4 TBSP Hormel Real Bacon Pieces

Directions

Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles well. Pat Dry.
Place noodles in large bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Drain excess liquid and then dry thoroughly using paper towels.
Cut noodles into smaller pieces and set aside.
Break cheese wedges iinto pieces, place in a medium bowl, and microwave for 15 seconds.
Stir cheese until smooth and then stir in egg substitute and 2 TBSP water and whisk until mixed and almost smooth. Set aside
Spray a skillet with nonstick spray and heat to medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces, mushrooms and garlic to skillet and cook until mushrooms are browned and chicken is mostly cooked through. Add peas and cook until thawed and warmed through.
Add noodles and bacon to skillet and toss untl mixed and hot.
Reduce heat to lowest setting and add cheese/egg mixture and immediately toss with other ingredients until everything is coated and sauce has fully thickened.
Add salt, pepper, and/or Parmesan topping to your liking
