Mama V's Oriental Chicken Casserole




Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 cup water
    1 cup instant brown rice
    1 T soy sauce
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 cup chow mein noodles

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chow mein noodles together in a microwave safe container.

Microwave on high for 7 minutes.

Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and microwave another 2 minutes.

Serve with additional chow mein noodles.
