Introduction

From SkinnyTaste, adjusted with personal ingredient choices such as FF sour cream (versus reduced fat), Hellman's Light (formerly sold as Just 2 Good - 15 calories/Tablespoon), and grated parmesan (in place of Parmigiano Reggiano). Also added water chestnuts. Ingredients

    10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out
    1/2 c fat free sour cream
    5 T light mayonnaise
    1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 c scallions, chopped
    1/4 c water chestnuts, chopped
    Fresh pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

(Can be made on day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to serving. Makes ~2 cups; 1/4 cup servings.)
