Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb of sirloin steak- sliced into thin strips
    1 bunch of broccoli
    2 cans mandarine oranges in light syrup
    1 tablespoon EVOO
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

Chop broccoli and steam in a few tablespoons of water or in microwave. Heat oil, stir fry steak. Remove steak and add soy sauce, orange juice and broccoli. Heat for about 2 minutes then add beef and oranges. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through. Serve over brown rice
