Ingredients

    venison
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can chili beans
    1 can mexican style diced tomatoes,
    1-1.5 cups cooked butternut squash
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 C celery chopped
    1/2 Cup water, to rinse out cans
    1tsp salt
    2 Tbsp chili powder
    1Tbsp plus 1tsp garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp plus 1tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    (spices to taste)

Directions

combine ingredients, stir, cook in crockpot for 8-12 hours. when done, stir to combine and break up venison meat. Serve with diced raw onions and grated cheddar cheese if desired (not included in calorie count)
