Ingredients



    * 400 grams Pink Salmon (canned),
    1 large Egg, fresh,
    0.5 cup Onions, raw, , chopped
    0.5 cup Mashed Potatoes,
    0.5 cup, Sweet potato, cubes
    0.5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh,
    0.5 cup Oat Bran
    0.5 cup Bran Flakes Cereal,
    1 tbsp Fresh Chives chopped
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp Cajun spice

Directions

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
cook both types of potatoe in a microwave, along with the finely diced onion for 4 min Mash
Cook corn for 1 min. in microwave

Mash salmon add finely chopped chives. Add spices ,egg and cooked vegetables

Combine all together

In a separate dish crush bran flakes add oat bran to the mix, combine together

Add a spoon full of the salmon mix to the to the coating and coat .
Place on a oven tray lined with a silicon mat.
Spray with cooking oil spray
Cook in a Mod oven 15-20 min
turn over respray with cooking oil and cook further 5-10 min.
