Ingredients

    1 tomato, medium, chopped (save juice)
    Couple Tbsp onion (about 3/4), chopped
    1oz Feta Cheese, crumble it
    1/2 cup chickpeas
    2oz whole wheat pasta
    season all

Directions

1. boil 2oz whole wheat pasta
2. chop onion and tomato
3. crumble the feta
4. add home cooked chickpeas (less sodium)
5. drain pasta and mix everything together
6. add a little bit of seasonall if you prefer
