Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beef chuck, 420 grams
    Water, 80 ounces
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 300 grams
    Onions, raw, 290 grams
    Beef Boullion Wyler's Reduced Sodium (1 cube), 1 serving
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Cumin, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Bay Leaf, 1
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 100 grams
    Okra, 150 grams
    Celery, raw, 100 grams
    Parsnips, 30 grams
    Potato, raw, 1.5 cup diced
    Carrots, raw, 270 grams
    Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cup
    Blackeyed Peas, canned, 1.5 cup

Directions

Brown beef, then add water, tomatoes, onions, boullion, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, cayenne, allspice, bay leaf, thyme, and oregano. Bring to boil and then reduce to simmer. Simmer for approximately 90 minutes. Add all of the rest ingredients and bring back to a boil. Then bring back to simmer, and let it simmer for about 30 min. Eat by itself, or have with crackers, bread, pita chips, etc.

Makes approximately 10 2-cup servings.
