Introductiona light delight a light delight
half large potato sliced thin
chicken breast flattened
3 tbsp oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp dried rosemary
peel and thinly slice potatoes lengthwise
add potatoes to oil and season with salt , pepper and rosemary.
fry on each side until potato is golden and crispy
Serve beteen chicken.
