*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
Onions, raw, 2 large (remove)
*Aidell's Spinach & Feta Chicken Sausage, 4 serving (remove)
Salsa, 1 tbsp (remove)
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.25 cup (remove)
Directions
Cook potatoes and other veggies in a skillet until soft. and browned. Add sausage after chopping or grinding in the Magic Bullet. Then add egg substiute. Top with salsa...around 2 T of salsa...recipe says more but that is for a more accurate calorie count. Eat as is or in a tortilla for the kids...
