Introduction

This is great for a snack at work when you need a pick me up. It has high protein and high omegas and whole grains. This is great for a snack at work when you need a pick me up. It has high protein and high omegas and whole grains.
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 8 cup
    *Smart Balance Peanut Butter, 1 cup
    Organic Whole Flax Seed, 2 cups
    *Almonds 12 oz (remove)
    Raw Hulled Pumpkin Seeds 2 cups
    Raw Honey, 3/4 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    100% liquid egg white, 2 cups

Directions

This is about 1/2 cup serving. Great for breakfast with some whole milk or greek yogurt.
makes about 36 servings. mix together and place on cookie sheets sprayed with a oil spray.
Cook at 300 degrees for 60 minutes, turning every 20 minutes. This make a big batch, which you can cut in half, or more.
