Ingredients

    1- 6.35 lb. roasting chicken
    2 large carrots sliced
    3 lge. celery stalks leaves ans all
    2 lge onions diced
    2 tsps Bells seasoning
    1cabbage i med. head torn up.
    6 cloves garlic chopped
    1 green pepper cut up
    3 small summer squash cut up
    128 oz. tap water
    1 quart organic chicken broth

Tips

serve with rice added


Directions

boil chicken, remove bone, skin. Skim broth to remove fat(when cooled) Add bones to broth and cook for 1 hour-remove bones. Add cut up chicken and vegs. and simmer for 1 hour
