Cinnamon and Sugar Roll ups

Introduction

I had some unused pie crust in the freezer and remembered making these with left over pie crust dough when my mother made fresh pies. YUM! I had some unused pie crust in the freezer and remembered making these with left over pie crust dough when my mother made fresh pies. YUM!
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 Pie Crust unrolled or flattened (any brand or homemade)
    3 tablespoons Smart Balance light buttery spread
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tablespoons of cinnamon

Directions

Preheat the over to 350 degrees. Flatten or unroll the prepared pie crust. Spread Smart Balance over the uncooked pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough (Smart balance, sugar, cinnamon will be rolled inside). Cut into 14 pieces and place on cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
