Introductionrice noodles with chicken & Thai seasonings rice noodles with chicken & Thai seasonings
rice noodles, garlic, chicken, egg, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, green onions, bean sprouts, peanuts & lime juice
In wok, heat 1 Tbsp oil, fry garlic & chicken for ~2 minutes or until cooked. Add noodles, then sauces & sugar. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add water if needed to prevent sticking. When noodles are cooked, move them to the side, add a bit more oil (1 Tbsp max) & cook eggs. When eggs are scrambled, mix in green onions & 1 c bean sprouts & fry 1 minute. Turn off heat, add peanuts & lime juice.
