IntroductionProtein Shake Protein Shake
2 scoops vanilla flavored protein powder
1 cup ice
4 ounces cold water
¼ teaspoon sugar-free orange gelatin
¼ teaspoon sugar-free strawberry gelatin
¼ teaspoon coconut extract
1.Put cold water into blende.
2.Add 2 scoops protein powder, raspberry and almond extract.
3.Place lid onto top of blender and blend for 15-20 seconds.
4.Add ice and blend for 30-45 seconds.
Nutritional value will depend on protein supplement powder used. Added ingredients contribute no calories or nutritive value to your shake.
