Introduction

This is a very simple sandwich I eat in the mornings that fits with in the guidelines given by my trainer. High protien, high fiber, low fat. The bacon adds needed flavor. Ingredients

    3 Egg whites
    1 Fiber One english muffin
    1 slice of ready cook bacon

Directions

Warm up a non-stick pan and mist it with olive oil spray. Fry the 3 egg whites until cooked through. In the meantime, toast the english muffin. Once the eggs are cooked warm up the bacon until heated. Put egg and bacon on the english muffin and enjoy.
