Spanish Skillet Supper

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1-lbs ground beef
    1- 2/3 cups water
    1 can (8-3/4oz) whole kernal corn, drained
    1 pkg. (5.6oz) Knorr* Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

1. Brown ground beef in 12- inch nonstick skillet, drain. Add water; bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minuters or until rice is tender.
3. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese until melted; top with remaining 1/4cup cheese.
Serves 4
