Introduction

I use Jenny-O Premium seasoned turkey breast meat (flat), celery and a small amount of light mayo to make an easy healthy lunch/dinner. I use Jenny-O Premium seasoned turkey breast meat (flat), celery and a small amount of light mayo to make an easy healthy lunch/dinner.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    22oz (1.3 pounds) Seasoned Jenny-O Turkey Breast
    2 stalks of raw celery
    2 TBSP Kraft Light Mayo

Directions

Finely chop turkey breast and celery, mix together with mayo.

I usually serve mine in a whole grain/wheat pita (not accounted for in nutrition information.)

Make 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
