1.25 lb 93% fat free ground beef
1lb frozen corn
1.5 cans beef gravy
3lb red potatoes
.5 cup 2% milk
.5 cup fat free sour cream
2 tbsp land o lakes fresh buttery taste spread
Cut potatoes and boil. Then drain.
While boiling potatoes brown the ground beef until grease is gone. Add in gravy.
Mash potatoes and add butter, sour cream, milk, egg. Mix well.
Put 1/2 to 3/4 of potatoes in bottom of casserole dish. Then add meat and gravy mixture. Next layer with corn. Lastly add the last of the potatoes and spread evenly on top.
Bake 30 min at 350.
