Introduction

Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin with Apples Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin with Apples
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch medallions
    2 medium apples, cored and diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp Sugar Free Peach or Apricot Preserves
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and stir to evenly coat pork with other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serves 8.
