Ingredients

    1 cup Quaker's Old Fashion Oatmeal
    1 cup Bob's Red Mill Wheatless 8 Grain Cereal
    1 cup Quaker's Oat Bran Cereal
    2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon

Directions

Makes 10 1/4-cup servings

Add all ingredients to a plastic or glass jar and shake well to mix. To prepare one serving. Add 1/4 cup of the mixture to 2/3 cup of water and cook on the stove till it thickens or 1-2 min. in the microwave. Add Sugar or sweetener to taste or fruit or milk and enjoy

    Quaker Oatmeal is not gluten free! - 10/17/09

    I don't know how it got a gluten free rating. I didn't put that on it. I don't know how to change it either. Some of the recipes I'm looking up for interstitial Cystitis don't follow the guidelines for that diet either. Who decides what's Gluten free, lactose free, or acid free.
