2 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 15 oz can corn, no salt added, drained
1 15 oz can creamed corn
2 cup light sour cream
Pour melted butter/margarine and corns into casserole dish. Blend in sour cream. Beat eggs and stir into casserole along with muffin mix. Blend thoroughly. Bake 35-45 minutes or until center is firm.
