This can be combined ahead of time in a freezer bag. Easy to defrost and cook for a quick dinner, with a veggie and/or salad.

This can be combined ahead of time in a freezer bag. Easy to defrost and cook for a quick dinner, with a veggie and/or salad.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 tbsp dried basil
    1 tsp/clove chopped garlic
    1 c. chopped onion
    8 oz of turkey tenderloin (cooked and cubed)
    3 c. white beans (drained and rinsed)
    15 medium olives, sliced (approx 45 g)
    6 pieces of sun dried tomatoes, chopped (approx 28 g)

Directions

add ingredients to skillet (from defrosted bag, if frozen)
cook until hot and bubbling
add hot water if it is too dry... to taste

You can add oil, but it isn't necessary (or counted in the calories). Make sure to defrost if you freeze ahead of time. Adding frozen items to bubbling oil can be very dangerous!

Approx six 1 cup servings.
