Egg & Oat Frittata

Introduction

This is actually my trainer Wendy's recipe, I just entered it for the calorie count :) This is actually my trainer Wendy's recipe, I just entered it for the calorie count :)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cup Egg Creations
    2 Large eggs
    1/4 green pepper
    1 cup quick oats
    1 cup spinach chopped
    1/2 roma tomato diced
    1 large mushroom diced
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash original blend
    1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Spray 12 cup muffin with non stick spray
3. mix all ingredients together
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Allow to cool. I ususally freeze these in packs of 2 for breakfast at work.

Makes 6, 2 frittata portions.
