Introduction

These are awesome and a great way to start the day! The recipe is for 1 serving but it can easily be doubled or tripled. These are awesome and a great way to start the day! The recipe is for 1 serving but it can easily be doubled or tripled.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 c. egg whites ( I use the ones in a carton)
    1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (mine has 24g protein/scoop)
    1/3 c. oats
    1/3 fiber one cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 c fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed)
    cinnamon to taste

Directions

grind oats in blender or magic bullet until you get a fine powder then add all other ingredients and blend approximately 30-45 secs. Heat waffle iron and spray with non stick spray just before putting the batter on. Cook until golden and crisp, about 5 min or so depending on your waffle iron.
