    *Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    *Baking Powder , 2 tsp
    *Salt, 0.5 tsp
    *Splenda 2 Tbsp (substitued for Sugar)
    *Egg (large egg) 1
    *Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup
    *applesauce (unsweetened), 1/3 cup (substituted for oil/butter)

Directions

Makes 13 - 4" square wafflles.


Pour onto waffle iron using 1/4 cup for each waffle square and then follow directions for your specific waffle iron
