    1 cup hodgson mill bulgur whole wheat soy cereal, cooked; 1 egg; 1/2 cup ff milk; 1/2 cup ff sour cream; 1.5 cups spelt flour; 3T splenda; 4tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp salt; cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg

Directions

mix all wet, and all dry.
combine.
put into PAM sprayed pan,
-bake at 360 degrees for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
