Introduction

Making pancakes for 1 person Making pancakes for 1 person
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1.38 ozs or 1/3 cup dry pancake mix (I use great value)
    1/3 cup of water

Directions

Combine mix and water until smooth

Heat skillet with a 1/2 tsp of move over butter or olive oil (either is your choice) over medium heat

Pour 1/4 of that cup for each pancake

This recipe will yield 2 small pancakes

You can top with your choice of a fruit compote or with syrup

I like lite butter flavored syrup
