Ingredients

    1 c water
    1 Tbsp bouillon granules, low sodium
    6 c cabbage, chopped
    3 c baby carrots
    1 c onion, chopped
    3 T minced garlic

Directions

Put everything in pot, boil about 20 - 25 minutes until carrots tender crisp. Salt and pepper to taste.
