French Toast

Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup milk (1%)
    2 eggs
    1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp almond extract
    6 slices of bread (multigrain)
    Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat eggs, then add milk, cinnamon & almond extract.
Dip bread into mixture and cook 2-3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown).
