Ingredients

    2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. oat bran
    1/4 c. ground flax
    1 T. cornmeal
    4 t. sucanat
    1 1/2 t. baking powder
    1/4 t. baking soda
    1/4 t. sea salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 T. peanut oil
    1 T. unsweetened applesauce
    cooking spray

Directions

About 2 pancakes per person

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a smaller bowl, combine wet and wisk well to get some air into it. Dump wet into dry and wisk until combined. Drop by the 1/4 c. onto griddle.
