Ronzoni Deli macaroni salad

Ingredients

    4cups (16oz) Elbows,uncooked
    1/2 c hellman's light mayo
    1 cup plain,low fat yogurt
    2 tblsp dijon mustard
    1tblsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
    1 cup carrots,chopped
    1 cup radishes, chopped
    1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

cook pasta according to pkg directions;drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together mayo, yogurt, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in cooled pasta and remaining ingredients. (can substitute celery and/or green or red pepper). Cover, refrigerate. 14 servings (1 cup each)
