Ingredients

1 lg Lettuce leaf
1/2 TBSP light Mayo
2 slices bacon, cooked
1/2 roma tomato, chopped & seeded
Directions
Lay lettuce leaf out flat. Spread mayo on leaf. Layer bacon and tomato on top. Fold bottom of leaf up, and roll sides in like a burrito. Secure with toothpicks.
