Healthy Turkey Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Worcestercshire Sauce
    4 egg whites
    3 crushed garlic cloves
    1 cup salsa - chunky adds some texture
    1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
    1/2 onion chopped fine
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 lb uncooked ground turkey breast
    dash of pepper and/or garlic salt

Directions

350 degree oven
using your hands, mix everything in a bowl. place the mixture in a 9x11 pan. Cover and bake for 1 hour. I always start checking it at about 40 minutes.
**if mixture is a bit wet, add another 1/4 cup oatmeal
~I slice into 14 portions for quick lunches/dinners
